DELIVERY & PACKAGING

Every Silver Piglet Piece comes with a beautiful free presentation box.

Free Royal Mail 1st Class Sign for Delivery anywhere in the UK including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. No minimum spend. ( We reserve the right to refuse overseas deliveries at our discretion ).
All orders are made to order. We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 - 7 working days - (this maybe longer at busy times). You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

Faulty / Damaged / Missing Goods
In the unfortunate event that something may happen to your order, we will do our very best to put this right for you as fast as possible but we will require some information first.

Please inform us via email ( [email protected] ) of any discrepancies within 3 working days and please include the following to speed up your claim.
Please provide photo evidence of the packaging and the damaged / faulty goods.
Detailed description of the nature of your claim.
We may require you to return the damaged / faulty goods, on such occasions we apologise this may cause a slight inconvenience, but we will refund all postage costs.
Please note we can only process claims via email.
In the event we do not receive the information or returned goods as requested within 14 days we will be unable to take any further action regarding your claim.
NON FAULTY GOODS

In the event you have changed your mind and wish to return your goods, please follow the steps below.
Please inform us via email ( [email protected] ) that you wish to return your order.
Return the goods to the address we provide you with in our reply email.
Unfortunately we cannot refund your returns delivery costs.
Refunds can only be issued via the same payment method and this will be done within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Please return all goods via a signed for delivery service to guarantee the arrival back to us and make sure the goods are properly insured against loss or damage as we cannot be held responsible for any breakages or losses.
MULTIPLE ORDERING REFUNDS ON NON SENT ITEMS

In the event you place the same order several times but only require one. These items will be refunded if not already dispatched less a processing fee of £2.00 per order plus 3.5% of the order total to cover Merchant transaction costs.
